Free Deaf Women's Muay Thai Event — in collaboration with Hajra Mirza

Muay Thai should be for everyone, but if you're a deaf woman it can feel like these spaces weren't built with you in mind. Loud gyms, verbal instructions, coaches who don't know how to communicate with you. It's a lot of barriers before you've even thrown a punch.

So we're changing that. Together with the amazing Hajra, we're running a free Muay Thai session made for the female deaf community. There'll be a BSL interpreter, deaf-aware coaches, and a room full of women who get it.

Complete beginner? Perfect. This event is open to all levels and honestly, most women who come to our events have never trained before. We'll provide the gloves, the coaching and the interpreter — all you have to do is show up.

If you've been thinking about trying Muay Thai but weren't sure there was a space for you... this is it. Come alone, leave with friends.
