Levels: Complete beginners or anyone with little to no Muay Thai experience.

If you’ve always wanted to try Muay Thai but didn’t know where to start, this course was made for you.

Over 8 sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals in a supportive, women-only environment alongside other beginners, so you’ll never feel out of your depth.

Whether your goal is to build confidence, improve your fitness, learn a new skill or simply meet an amazing community of women, our experienced female coach, Gabbie, will guide you every step of the way.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your gloves and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest.
